From first call to final edge

A good wall starts with a clear conversation.

Wallpaper projects become easier to discuss when everyone understands the room, the material and what is happening underneath it. You do not need a finished plan to pick up the phone.

01

Tell us what you’re imagining.

Start with the room, the kind of paper you are considering or the wall you want to change. If details are still forming, that is fine. A phone conversation is enough to begin.

For an estimate discussion, dimensions, project city, the material and surface condition may be useful. They are optional context for getting in touch—not a prerequisite to a call. Ask whether an on-site assessment or measurements can be arranged for your project.

02

Look at the paper and the surface.

The manufacturer’s instructions help determine how a particular covering should be hung and what surface it needs. A paste-the-wall non-woven paper is different from a pasted-paper product or a self-adhesive panel.

Existing paint, old adhesive, texture, repairs and how recently the wall was painted all matter. Specific products may require a particular finish or cure time. The exact product guidance—not a one-size-fits-all shortcut—should guide preparation.

03

Plan the pattern in the room.

Pattern direction and repeat affect how panels meet. A considered starting line can help balance the pattern around a focal point, corner, window or doorway. Large murals may have their own panel order and registration instructions.

Roll quantities can depend on wall dimensions, ceiling height, pattern repeat and how the material is packaged. If you already have a product name, keep it nearby; if not, you can still ask questions by phone.

04

Discuss preparation, installation and finish.

Once scope and product details are discussed, the remaining choices depend on the room and the material. Walls may need old covering removed or surface preparation before new paper is ready to go up.

During installation, alignment, seams, inside and outside corners and neat trimming around fixtures all contribute to the final appearance. Call to discuss availability and scheduling for the project; no appointment time or site visit is assumed until confirmed.

Information can come later

Talk first. Fill in the details as you go.

You can simply call and explain what you are thinking about. Measurements, photos, material details and wall condition are helpful if you already have them, but none is needed before you speak with us.
